HERITAGE WEEK: A Celebration of Turlough Tales

Turlough Archaeological and Heritage Society are inviting all to come along to a special evening event called 'Celebration of Turlough Tales' for National Heritage Week.

The event takes place from 7pm to 8pm on Saturday, 23 August in the Courtyard Workshop Room at the National Museum of Ireland, Turlough Park, Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

All are welcome to join the event for an update on the Turlough Heritage Action Plan completed in 2024.

The group will also discuss some of the new heritage projects which are currently underway and which are all about promoting the wonderful heritage of the local area.
