About the event

Partners & Prenatal Workshop w/Claire H

Shine studio! Come join Claire for a partners in labor workshop with our prenatal yoga class! This class will focus on breathing techniques, supportive movements for preparing for birth and labor, and hands on support for moms. We will spend time learning about agency, coping with pain, and teaching partners how to support labor.

Claire is a certified 200 hr YTT, a labor and post partum doula. She has attended, assisted and delivered over 100 babies in the South Pacific islands.
