Positive Through Negative™ Watercolor is a gentle, confidence-building art experience designed for adults who want a meaningful midweek pause. This class is especially welcoming to mothers, caregivers, and those who work from home and need a restorative break without pressure or intimidation.

Led by professional artist and business owner of Didymus Ink, Lindsey Thomas, this class introduces a signature watercolor technique that shifts how you see and approach painting. No prior art experience is required. Soft music, thoughtful instruction, and a small-group setting create an atmosphere of encouragement, calm, and creative rest.

This is not a drop-in class. All participants must register in advance by purchasing a single ticket or multi-week series ticket.

Children ages 6 and under are welcome to attend with a Child Play Space Ticket. While adults enjoy uninterrupted creative time, children may play in The Nook’s children’s area.

• Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.
• A Child Play Space Ticket is required per child, per week unless the child is covered by an active The Nook children’s membership. Parents may choose to purchase a monthly children’s membership or a single-entry pass directly through The Nook instead of individual child tickets. This class is designed so you don’t have to choose between caring for your child and caring for yourself.

This ticket is for one adult participant attending a single session of Positive Through Negative™ Watercolor at The Nook.

Each 90-minute class includes:

• Guided watercolor instruction led by professional artist Lindsey Thomas of Didymus Ink
• Introduction to the Positive Through Negative™ technique, designed to remove intimidation and build confidence
• All painting supplies provided
• Relaxing music and an encouraging, small-group environment

Please note:

• This ticket is for one adult only
• Class size is limited to 10 adults maximum
• Registration closes 24 hours before the class
• Children ages 6 and under may attend with the purchase of a Child Play Space Ticket

This ticket covers use of The Nook’s children’s area during class time.
