As fall settles in around us.
We head into a time where our connections with those passed and beyond the veil grows stronger.
We have just harvested, and it is up to us how we choose to take these fruits and nourish ourselves and our communities in a new way that supports what the world is asking of us.
We see that things are changing and systems that now thrived are crumbling, the illusion is crumbling and the Truth is being exposed.
As we begin to see more we must examine our values, priorities and ways of live to see if they align with the community led world that Creation is calling us to.
Still while witnessing the terrible things happening in this world or that have happened to us, it is up to us to believe it can be different. That the Divine is moving things around in the background so it can be a more loving hear centered world.
We remember that this is a time for completion as the moon comes to a close in her cycle, to nourish and hydrate ourselves.
We must take deep care of ourselves as the circumstances, our communities, Creator and our lives ask more of us.

Ecstatic Dance is a type of Somatic Therapy that utilizes bottom up theory, which prioritizes coming back into body awareness to feel.
A nonverbal, consent based practice
A place to release tension and trauma stuck in the tissues.
To experience the joy within ourselves and experience everything in between.
