The fun starts early! We'll be running our popular X-TRAIN class from 8-9am, followed by a dynamic FLEX session at 9am. After all that hard work, we'll be having a coffee shout from 9am for everyone who joined in. It's the perfect way to get energized before the main event kicks off.
