Sweat Lodge and menswork with The WellMen Project

The Wellmen Project hosts a free weekly men’s gathering every Wednesday in Wilmington. We meet around the fire and inside a sacred lodge to reconnect with the parts of ourselves our culture often neglects.

This circle is for men of all backgrounds whether you’re navigating recovery, grief, transition anger depression lonleyness, fatherhood, or simply seeking real connection. Together we work on emotional resilience, rage, relational responsibility, integrity, and nervous system regulation.

Expect guided work, honest conversation, meaningful reflection, and powerful connection. This is a space where masks fall and truth rises.

We begin promptly at 5:45 PM, and you’re encouraged to arrive by then to ground in. Please bring a towel or mat to sit on, a water bottle, and swim shorts or comfortable clothing you don’t mind sweating in.

This is not a place to fix anyone—it’s a place to be witnessed, to remember who you are, and to walk with other men doing the same.
