Join me for Getting the Basics of Neurographic Art. This a fun and relaxing practice that brings mindfulness, relaxation, and self-discovery. You don't need any art experience. Anyone can do this. It is more about the practice of releasing control and allowing the drawing to unfold with its intended message or healing.
Pavel Piskarev, a Russian psychologist, merged art and psychology in 2014, calling it Neurographica. His goal is to fill the world with drawers. The essence of Neurographic is that you capture thoughts on paper and transform them into something meaningful. This art practice connects to your inner state, whatever that may be in the moment. Transforming the thinking process and achieving goals through creativity.
In Getting the Basics of Neurographic Art, we embark on a creative adventure in Neurographic Art. In this introductory workshop, we will learn the basics, unlocking the world of abstract and therapeutic art! This workshop is designed for those curious about exploring mindfulness, creativity, and emotional healing through art.

🎨 The Basics - Learn the foundational techniques of this unique art style and understand how it fosters emotional well-being.
🎨 Self Discovery -Making connections between thoughts and the lines, colors, and feelings that arise provides opportunities for learning about ourselves. This is also a powerful tool for healing thought patterns.
🎨 Mindfulness in Creation - Art or doodling can be a meditative and mindful practice. As we release control of the outcome, we quiet the mind and invite peace, thereby reducing stress and promoting harmony between the mind and body.
🎨 Vibrant Visuals - Experiment with colors and patterns to visualize your thoughts and emotions, adding depth to your creations.
🎨 No previous art experience is necessary—bring a sense of curiosity and excitement!
🎨 All materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your favorite pens, pencils, and markers. Bring your journal if you would like to make notes.
🎨 Please bring your own water/drink and snacks. Self-discovery needs fuel.
🎨 By the end of the class, you'll leave with your own unique artwork and a new perspective on the powerful intersection of art and personal growth.
Beth Blair is an intuitive and abstract artist working with a variety of mediums. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, a Feng Shui Practitioner, and a lifelong learner who shares her knowledge in classes and workshops.
