Everyone is welcome at our Thursday morning mindfulness sessions—a relaxed space where you can pause, breathe, and focus on the now, away from the stresses of daily life. Taking time out of your busy schedule isn’t just a luxury; it’s essential for good mental well-being. 💛

Some sessions are carefully planned with a project in mind, while others? Well, sometimes I just wing it! Either way, you’ll always leave with something creative and meaningful. 🎨✨

Since we’re a small venue, I’d love for people to book in advance. But I also understand that some days don’t go as planned… and that’s exactly why these sessions exist. On those tough days when you feel like staying in, that’s often the time you need to get out the most. And when you’re ready, we’ll be here—waiting with a warm welcome, a creative escape, and probably some cake. 🍰☕
