As a family survivor of suicide, I know how hard it can be to feel like you belong. This event is about more than mindfulness—it’s about finding connection and knowing that even in life’s toughest moments, there’s a place for you in this world.
🔥 What to Expect:
✅ Guided meditation & techniques for calming a busy mind
✅ Breaking anxiety patterns & finding clarity
✅ A welcoming place to meet, mingle & connect
✅ Pizza party, smoothies & frozen tea drinks
Pay what you can: $0–$10. No matter what you’re able to contribute, you’re welcome here. Registration required in advance to ensure pizza is covered, generously donated by Hearts in Harmony.
