Hike & Yoga

Each session begins with a moderate hike through Casper Mountain's scenic trails, followed by a peaceful yoga practice in a natural setting surrounded by trees. Whether you're a hiking enthusiast, yoga practitioner, or someone seeking a unique way to connect with Wyoming's outdoors, these sessions offer something special.
Practicing yoga in nature offers unique benefits that indoor studios simply can't match. Being surrounded by Wyoming's pristine wilderness deepens your connection to both yourself and the natural world, creating a more profound and meaningful practice. The uneven terrain and natural elements provide an invigorating challenge that strengthens your balance and focus, while the crisp, clean mountain air of Casper Mountain enhances every breath you take.

Please bring a yoga mat and carrie as well as water & sunscreen. Wear comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for hiking.

You must pre-register for this class as space is limited (12people)

Where: Meet at the Biathlon Parking Lot on Casper Mountain. (Turn left onto East End Road for about 1.5 miles, parking lot on left.)
