Eadsville Hike & Breathwork

With summer coming to an end, I realized that I want to share this special time of year with you, my friends. ✨️

Join me for a beautiful hike on Easdville Trail, with a breathwork session halfway through. Combining nature and the breath is one of the most powerful ways to connect with yourself, mother nature and your body.

This hike is relatively flat with an elevation gain of 400ft, which makes it pretty easy on the knees. The trail is approx 4 miles long so I anticipate this session taking about 3 hrs (depending on the speed of the group) to complete.

Please bring water, snacks and a towel/blankets to lay down for the breathwork section. I will have some extra supplies, so no worries if you forget! And if you know me, you KNOW I'll have snacks 😋

We will meet at the Skunk Hollow trail head on Capser Mountian. Please RSVP so we know to wait for you at the trail head. I am so excited to share this with you all!! If you have any questions, please let me know.
