2nd Annual Christmas Yoga Sing-Along

Join Alicia for the 2nd year in a row for a magical Christmas-themed Vocal Vinyasa flow that will elevate your spirit and fill your heart with joy! In this unique class, we’ll blend holiday themed poses with Christmas music, and mindfulness, creating a festive atmosphere as we flow through poses inspired by the holiday season from tree pose to star pose, camel pose, happy baby, cow pose, and more! We’ll bring the whole manager and a few other surprises along the way 🎄🎅🏻

Students are encouraged to sport their favorite festive attire suitable for a yoga flow. Maybe an ugly sweater or a Santa hat, yogi’s choice.

This class is perfect for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat. Bring your holiday spirit, a festive attitude, and your voice, as we celebrate the magic of Christmas together. Let’s flow, sing, and find our inner light this holiday season!
