ALCHIMIA DEL TANTRA "PERCORSO INDIVIDUALE"

Aprirsi all’amore è un workshop di Tantra individuale in acqua calda sul tema dell’intimità e delle relazioni d’amore.

Il Tantra consiste essenzialmente nell'unione del maschile e del femminile dentro di noi, nel divenire abbastanza maturi da riconoscere il nostro uomo interiore o la nostra donna interiore.
In Aprirsi alla Gioia e Aprirsi all’intimità esploriamo e portiamo consapevolezza a come proiettiamo all’esterno il nostro sesso opposto interiore.

Esploriamo i tre “strati” di base che il Tantra affronta. Lo strato nero che è lo strato istintivo. Lo strato rosso, che si occupa delle nostre emozioni e lo strato bianco che si rivolge alla nostra coscienza.

Aprirsi all’Amore è un workshop per espandere sempre di più la propria consapevolezza in questi 3 “strati”. Vengono introdotte varie meditazioni e pratiche energetiche per supportare un incontro interiore delle polarità dentro di noi.

Approfondiamo la pratica per contenere l’energia, avere spazio, rilassarci nel non fare, lasciarci andare, arrenderci, riposare (ovvero le dimensioni più femminili nella Vita). Pratichiamo apposite meditazioni ed esercizi di esplorazione dal mondo del Tantra per supportare il processo di ripristino di un equilibrio interiore.
Questo corso si svolge in parte nella piscina di acqua calda di Osho Miasto e in parte in una delle sale di meditazione. L’utilizzo dell’acqua calda supporta il rilassamento, favorisce il lasciarsi andare, approfondisce la capacità di percezione sostenendo la nascita di una nuova sensibilità.
In questo workshop:
approfondiamo la pratica con le meditazioni tantriche instauriamo una connessione più profonda con il corpo energetico e il corpo fisico miglioriamo la connessione con la fonte interiore e il flusso della vita

una sensazione più radicata di essere a casa dentro di te un maggiore rilassamento nelle tue relazioni intime comprensione e guarigione nell’area della relazione con gli altri più gioia e accettazione nella tua vita quotidiana
Nei nostri workshop di Tantra non è prevista nudità. C’è uno spazio dedicato alla condivisione e tempo per momenti aperti in cui poter affrontare anche questioni individuali legate al Tantra.

Opening up to Love - Workshop in Warm Water

This workshop is part of The Alchemy of Tantra: "Individual Tantra Process"

It is a process for both men and women, for those who currently walk alone in love life, but also for those who walk in pairs and need individual space.

Tantra is basically about uniting the male and female within ourselves, to become mature enough to recognise our own inner man or our own inner woman.

In the previous parts in this “Process” we have explored and brought awareness to how we project the inner opposite sex on the outside.

We have explored this in the 3 basic “layers” that Tantra addresses.
The Black Layer that is the instinctive layer.
The Red Layer, that deals with our emotions and the white layer that addresses our consciousness.

In this part we will continue expanding our awareness in these 3 “layers”.
We will be introducing various meditations and energetic practises to support an inner meeting of the polarities within ourselves.

We will be deepening our practise into containing energy, having space - relaxing into non doing, yielding, resting: (The more female dimensions in Life)

We will work with and explore meditations and explorations from the world of Tantra that supports the process of restoring a balance within ourselves.

We will be using the hot water pool in Osho Miasto to let go into ourselves and to support and deepen our sensitivity.

Partly, this course will take place in the warm water pool and partly in one of the meditation rooms.

In this group we will:
-Deepen the practise with Tantric Meditations
-Establish a deeper connection with the energy body and the physical body
-Enhance the connection with the source within and the flow of life.

You will:
-have a stronger feeling of being more at home within yourself
-become more relaxed with your intimate relationships
-find healing and understanding in all areas of relating with others
-having more joy and acceptance in your daily life.

There will be space for sharing and time for open work to address individual issue connected with Tantra.
