Level 1 – Shoden: The Awakening
Shoden, meaning "The Awakening," is the first step on this transformational journey. In this foundational course, you’ll learn to channel Reiki energy, primarily for physical healing, and begin your path toward greater self-awareness and energetic balance.
No prior experience? No problem! Reiki is for everyone, regardless of background or spiritual beliefs.
