Seeds of Pleasure - is a gentle initiation for women who are ready to claim their pleasure, step into their body, and take full ownership of their aliveness, but haven’t yet had the space, knowledge, or guidance to begin.

Many of us carry shame, insecurity, and silence around our bodies and pleasure. We grew up without education, without guidance, without a safe space to explore our inner gardens. For many women, pleasure has become something that happens to us — often left in the hands of a partner, or postponed for “later,” when there is finally time.

But the truth is: our orgasmic aliveness is our responsibility.

It is the wellspring of our energy, creativity, and joy.

This one-day gathering is designed as a beginner’s initiation into your inner world — a space where every woman starts at the same level. No previous experience, no pressure, no comparison. Together, we will receive the knowledge, the guidance, and the tools to reconnect with ourselves.

Through embodiment practices, open conversation, and the practical introduction of yoni eggs and wands (you may bring your own or purchase on site), we step into the garden within — planting the first seeds of a lifelong journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and liberation.

• Learn practical tools to connect with your body and pleasure in your own time.
• Experience embodiment practices to awaken sensation, presence, and aliveness.
• Explore sacred tools such as yoni eggs and wands, and learn how to incorporate them safely.

Who are the Facilitators:

✨FILIPA MONIZ✨

Filipa is an internationally recognized tantra teacher and embodied intimacy coach. She weaves the body’s innate intelligence with the power of presence to create spaces where intimacy becomes a practice and connection becomes healing. Recognizing that our sensual expression, emotional connection to the body, and the quality of our relationships are essential to health and well-being, her work is rooted in a simple truth: intimacy is health. Through movement, breath, deep emotional presence, playfulness, sexiness, communication tools, and powerful rituals, Filipa guides people back to their sensuality, their bodies, and their innate capacity for love.

Filipa is a passionate space holder devoted to awakening the body and soul through Tantra, conscious touch, and sacred movement. With a background in biomedical science and extensive training in renowned schools such as Tantra Essence, AUM Tantra, Embodied Academy, Skydancing, and ISTA, she blends science and spirituality to guide deep transformation and intimate connection.

She has facilitated retreats and workshops on land and at sea across Portugal, Switzerland, Spain, Croatia, Estonia, Bulgaria and Indonesia, and is a regular facilitator at Tantra festivals in Europe. Filipa creates a safe, nourishing space for individuals to explore their sensuality, heal their bodies, and open to authentic, heart-centered relationships. Her mission is to bridge body intelligence and pleasure, merging the precision of science with the power of presence, intimacy, and conscious love.

Masha is the founder and guiding force behind RYA, a brand dedicated to creating conscious events that are both beautiful and transformative. Passionate about curating unique experiences, her intention is to hold space for facilitators and participants while ensuring that every gathering radiates comfort, depth, and elegance.

RYA’s vision is to build a community grounded in consciousness and connection. Events unfold in extraordinary spaces—designed to inspire and uplift—where each detail is curated to support exploration of mind, body, and soul in an atmosphere of warmth and serenity.

Masha specializes in two profound practices: Journaling Journeys and Cacao Ceremonies.

• Journaling is her gateway into the subconscious mind. Since much of human behavior is influenced by unconscious patterns, journaling becomes a tool to illuminate what lies beneath the surface. By deconstructing beliefs and stories, it helps bring hidden narratives into awareness, opening the possibility for transformation.
• Cacao Ceremonies, in contrast, are a journey into the heart. Beyond the logic of the mind, cacao connects us with our natural state of love and presence. In her circles, cacao becomes a medicine of softness and connection—a way to soothe, integrate, and return to the heart after powerful mental or somatic practices.

Through RYA, Masha weaves these elements together, creating spaces of profound transformation, soulful connection, and spiritual growth.
