Save the Date for a Living History Video Project featuring a Salute to Coach Bob Davidshofer on Sunday, October 19, 2025, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Knight of Columbus Hall, 100 Thomas Street S.E., Cascade, Iowa. A light lunch served 1:00 to 2:15, with program at 2:30.
We are very excited to announce the newest “Living History Project” featuring local educator, coach, and mentor; Bob Davidshofer. The project includes an interview of the man who’s academic, coaching and directing career at Aquin High School and Cascade High School spanned seven decades and influenced thousands of people.
The video produced by Woodward Communications and narrated by Gary Dolphin also includes a collection of tributes from former students, athletes and actors sharing their treasured memories and accolades to Coach Davidshofer.
While this will be a free event, donations will be accepted to defray the cost.
