Intro to Straps

Curious about straps? Looking for a new challenge?
This introductory workshop will cover the basic positions and skills in straps as well as spinning sequences. Techniques and strength gained from working on the straps will help all around with awareness and mobility and is easily transferable back to your favorite apparatus!
Prerequisites: Aerial experience or other athletic background (Martial arts, dance, gymnastics). No current shoulder injury
