Mountain Biking for Beginners

If you've always wanted to mountain bike, but unsure about the financial investment and how to stay safe, this class is for you!
We start from the beginning with bike basics and technical skills on flat, open land. We will work on braking, cornering, obstacles, body position, and more.

After demonstrating successful techniques, our guides will end your class with a short on trail bike ride to put your new skills to use on trail. Like all of our classes, this is beginner friendly and starts with the very basics. Our participants are often mountain biking for the very first time, or after a long hiatus from the first time they rode, or have ridden with friends and haven't been able to "figure it out".

Mountain bike and helmet are provided.

*This class does build on basic bike riding skills- if you have never ridden a bike and do not have basic bike balance skills, contact us via phone or email to make sure this is the right choice for you.
