Join us on Tuesday, July 22, at 6:30PM for a five-course dinner in partnership with Carboniste, featuring their Sonoma-grown wines. Carboniste reimagines modern Californian sparkling wines at their Sonoma winery, and founder Dan Parson will be on hand to share the story behind each pour and pairing. Enjoy a selection of their wines thoughtfully paired with seasonal dishes crafted by the Peck & Plume culinary team. Guests will enjoy a shared-table experience where everyone dines together. Tickets are $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Grilled octopus, avocado mousse, tempura squash blossom, ricotta, pickled pepper

Fourth Course:
Roasted Cobia, cured ham, crispy polenta, creamed corn, sweet herb
Paired with 2022 PetNat Pinot Grigio
Fifth Course:
Elderflower posset, caramelized white chocolate, grilled peach, summer flowers
