Free Yoga Night with Shine Yoga

Esteamed Coffee & Shine Yoga are joining forces to provide a fun-filled evening for you! Join us for our Music and Movement Yoga Night -- a fun, social event open to adults with disabilities on Thursday, June 12th from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (accommodations can be made for those who need them). Admission tickets are free compliments of the Louise R. Lester Foundation and include one hot/cold specialty drink of your choice! Pastries available for purchase as well.

About Shine Yoga:

Shine Yoga, llc was established in January 2017 by Diana Taggart, E-RYT200, RPYT and a YACEP (an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher/ Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). She has completed over 2000 hrs of instructional teaching with individuals with I/DD and comes with over 25+ yrs experience with the I/DD community. Shine Yoga, llc believes that yoga is for individuals of all ages and abilities. Let your inner light shine brightly.
