End the year with a plunge to end suicide!

In 2023, 690 people in Massachusetts took their lives. My sister, Nicole, was one of them. She was so much more than a number, they all are.
Since losing her I have made it my mission to not only keep her memory alive but to make sure everyone knows how deeply they matter.
Last New Year’s Eve we met to raise awareness and end suicide with a polar plunge at Sampsons pond.
Suicide has affected so many of us, feel free to plunge in memory of my sister or of your loved one!
We will have candles and lanterns for anyone who wishes to light one.
