Tibetan Bowls have been around for thousands of years. Said to be a gong in the shape of a bowl. They are connected to the same technology and creation principles of the gong. We will spend some time learning how to use the bowls in active participation as our own healer to assess, release and realign our energy body. Creating more available energy and space in our being and structure to be able to receive new harmonious creative energy to flow into our being from a complete sound journey offered by Emma Kingston.
