Through HealthRHYTHMS drumming and vocal sound healing, you'll tap into proven wellness benefits—reducing stress, boosting mood, and enhancing overall resilience. Enjoy a friendly, supportive atmosphere as we explore vibrant cultural rhythms in a welcoming space.

No prior musical experience, skill, or talent needed—whether you're new to drumming or an experienced player, all women are welcome. Instruments are provided, or feel free to bring your own.

✨ This is a donation-based event. A $25 donation is suggested, or contribute according to your means. Grassroots Yoga Center Members are encouraged to donate $15.
