Culinary magic will include dishes from Chef Charlie Abowd's Recipes & Rambles cookbook in celebration and in memory of his culinary legacy and award winning cuisine! Guest Chef Brandon Lafave & Sous Chef Ryan Mcgillivray both from Z Bistro and NSC Senior Sous Chef Rebecca Paige & Sous Chef Kyle Cramer will be the talent creating this multi-course wine or beer paired dinner.

-Herb de Provence Lamb Meatball nestled atop a cool, creamy tzatziki
-Eggplant Caponata Bruschetta...sweet & tangy roasted eggplant atop crisp crostini

-Butternut Squash Soup gently spiced, finished with crispy fried leeks & creme fraiche swirl
First Course-
-Crab Tater Tots paired with house-made tartar sauce for a crunchy, creamy indulgence
Entree Selections
-Beef Medallion Roulade...tender beef rolled with spinach pesto 7 sun-dried tomato, served over horseradish -infused mashed potatoes & perfectly sauteed broccolini

-Vegetarian Option: Garden Risotto....creamy risotto bursting with the essence of seasonal squash, zucchini, blistered tomatoes, & a medley of the chef's hand-selected mushrooms

-Blackberry Tiramisu...a luscious take on the classic Italian dessert, layered with blackberry compote & espresso-soaked ladyfingers, finished with a velvety creme anglaise
