Yin and Gong Workshop

Amazing Yin and Gong session last night with the windows and doors open, gifting us a balmy breeze and the birds trying to sing louder than the gong, truly amazing!
Here’s Kat and I doing a bit of pre-planning, however over this year we have become a well oiled team for setting up and delivering my favourite workshop of the month!
