The Caregiver Connection - Dementia Support Group

Caring for someone with dementia can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. Join The Caregiver Connection, a free support group hosted by Get Healthy Live Well and The Birches on Maple. This welcoming group offers a safe space to share experiences, find helpful resources and connect with others on a similar journey. Each session includes open discussion, expert tips and occasional guest speakers focused on dementia care and caregiver well-being.

Register now to attend The Caregiver Connection on Thursday, Aug. 14, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Tower Theatre at The Birches on Maple, located at 100 Maple View Dr, Carrollton, GA. Zeinab Charmchi, MD from Tanner Neurology will be present as a special guest speaker.
