Spring Community Wide Multi Family Yard sale All Homes and condos are invited to participate

Eagle Harbor Community - Spring Yard sale - always the 1st Saturday in May - rain or shine, there is no rain date even in inclement weather. A yard sale ad will be posted in the Smithfield Times newspapers. If you would like to participate with selling, then just place your things out for sale. If you just want to browse and possibly buy that is perfectly fine. All residents are invited to participate in the yard sale (single family homes and condos). As a reminder yard sales will be set up throughout the community at your own home, not set up at the clubhouse or clubhouse parking lot. If you have been meaning to clean out your home - now is the time to prepare. Maybe you are moving and need to sell everything, or maybe you are just looking for a bargain and to bring fresh life to something vintage that catches your eye.
