Ladies' Self-defense Workshop

Learn situational awareness skills and self-defense techniques to keep you safer. Ladies ages 12+ are invited to grow together in how to defend against a variety of attacks that may occur in real world scenarios.

What does it cost?
The online pre-register cost will be $15 for individuals and $10 for people who come in any size group. At the door cost is $20.

What should I bring?
You should come dressed in clothes you would workout in and can move around comfortably in. Also, we recommend bringing a water bottle for hydration.

Where are you located?
We are at 1115 Highland Avenue. It is across the street from Casey's between a church and a Mexican restaurant.
