Mindful Kids - Bashfordsland Wood

This walk is for primary school age children and their caregivers. Only one booking is needed per family group.

Take a break from screens and busy schedules—let’s slow down and enjoy the world around us! Our Mindful Kids Walk is a gentle, guided outdoor experience that helps children:

• Tune into their senses
• Notice nature’s tiny details
• Practice calming breathing techniques
• Learn simple ways to relax and focus

Activities include:

• Listening to birds and the wind
• Spotting colors and patterns in nature
• Breathing like a tree (stretching + breathwork)
• A quiet story or reflection circle at the end

Please bring:

• Comfy shoes, a water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothing
• A small blanket or cushion for sitting (optional)

Final details will be sent to those registered in advance of the walk.
