Welcome to The Shift Before the Serve, a limited-space, personalized J.A.M. Experience that blends mindset, music, movement, and fun to help you clear your head, elevate your energy, and reconnect with your inner game, on and off the court.

It’s not a class. It’s not a workshop.It’s a 90-minute, sensory-rich experience this is built just for you.

You’ll move through three phases:Release the mental static.Reframe your focus and thought patterns.Radiate a new kind of energy, confidence, and presence.

With immersive sound, breathwork, mental clarity techniques (think meditation, visualization, affirmations), and a final burst of embodied joy (movement).This is where performance meets presence.

This isn’t a “drop-in and see” kind of thing.It’s designed to be intentional, personal, and deeply felt.

Once you register, you’ll receive a short questionnaire that’s required and due no later than three days before the event. Your responses help Jess craft the experience from the energy to the intention, even the music, so it truly meets you where you are.

Because of this, space is kept small on purpose. Every person matters here.To protect the integrity of the experience, there will be no late entry. Once we begin, the doors will close. Refunds will not be issued for missed arrivals.
