About the Instructor

Sinéad is Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, yoga instructor of 15+ Years and a Universal Healing Tao Qigong instructor. She has studied yoga, qigong and TaiChi in Europe, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Canada, San Francisco, and Asheville. Her qigong teachers include GrandMaster Mantak Chia (Universal Healing Tao), Minke DeVos (Taoist Tantra), Michael Winn (Healing Tao USA), Dr. LiPing Zhu (Dragon Essence Qigong), GrandMaster Robert Peng, and ShiFu Zhang Mei of Pacific WuShu.
