Join us for the next installment of Flight Plan, our immersive wine dinner series exploring cheese, wine, and the stories of place through five transportive courses. This time, we’re charting a course for the British Isles—a region steeped in culinary heritage, coastal influences, and quiet elegance.

Guest chef David Ellis, James Beard–nominated chef of Figulina in Raleigh, NC, brings a modern lens to traditional British fare—balancing heartiness with finesse, and nostalgia with innovation. In addition, each course will be paired with a selection of European wines that complement and elevate each course.Expect elevated takes on British classics, seasonal ingredients, and cheeses chosen with Wedgewood’s signature reverence for terroir and tradition. From the misty moors to the Cornish coast, this dinner promises a journey across the Isles—no passport required.
