Led by Mandy, the Modern Nurse, gentle yet powerful session will help you release, reconnect, and feel grounded through a mix of yoga and body-empowerment practices—suitable for all ages and abilities. Experience gentle healing hands and meditation with breath work to regulate the nervous system.

Afterward, indulge in a thoughtfully prepared, farm-fresh meal crafted to nourish your body and uplift your spirit made with love by holistic chef Petra.

Please arrive 5 minutes early and dress in layers, as it gets a little chilly when the sun begins to sets. Also, bring a hat, sunscreen, umbrella if you like, chair, blankets, towel &/or mat, layers, anything to add comfort to your session.
