Mommy & Me Yoga + Mocktails

Join us for a refreshing and playful Yoga with Kids & Babies class! This welcoming session is designed for parents and caregivers who want to move, stretch, and breathe—all while including their little ones.

The Mommy and Me Yoga workout blends gentle yoga poses with light strengthening exercises, focusing on flexibility, relaxation, and connection with your little one. This low-impact 45 minute flow is designed for moms to reconnect with their bodies while incorporating baby-friendly movements. You’ll move through postures that support core strength, improve posture, and promote overall wellness—always at your own pace. We’ll also include heart-opening stretches to release tension in the chest and shoulders, perfect for nursing and baby-carrying mamas. Babies and little ones are welcome to join in however they’re most comfortable, whether in a stroller, carrier, cuddled up, or lying beside you on the mat.

• Options for babies to be worn or carried
• Kids can follow along, move freely, or just enjoy the space
• A supportive and relaxed environment—crying, giggles, and wobbly poses are all welcome!

Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything your little one might need (blanket, toys, etc.). Come connect with your body, your child, and a community of like-minded parents.

*Note: This class requires a minimum of 4 participants to run. If we do not meet the minimum, the class will be canceled and you will be notified 48 hours in advance. In that case, a refund will be issued for the ticket price minus a $4.00 service fee per ticket.

If you're unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing , or apply your ticket toward a future fitness class of equal value. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the event to arrange a transfer or credit.
