Sunrise Stretch & Herd Hang at Seabreeze Horse Connection 🐴

Let’s start the day slow, grounded, and connected - surrounded by horses and sunshine.

When: Saturday, June 28th @ 7AM-8AM
Where: Seabreeze Horse Connection

What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a gentle stretch and breathwork session as the sun rises over the pastures - moving intentionally, breathing deeply, and just being in the peaceful energy of the farm. Afterward, we’ll spend quiet time with the herd - no horse experience needed, just bring an open heart. Light refreshments will be waiting for you after class.

What to Bring:
✔ Yoga mat or towel

✔ Bug spray + sunscreen (optional)
