Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the season with our Silent Night: Slow to Stillness warm yoga class. This special session combines a gentle slow flow with long-held stretches, creating space and relaxation in the body & mind. In savasana, a soothing sound bath will deepen your relaxation as you experience an optional extended savasana adjustment melting you into stillness.
