Pop-Up Reformer Circuit

Already comfortable on the reformer? This class takes your practice further with a dynamic circuit-style format that explores the versatility of Pilates equipment. You’ll rotate through multiple stations (including reformers, the Pilates tower, and chair) for a full-body workout that challenges strength, flexibility, and core stability.

This is an energizing, fast-paced circuit for those with experience on Pilates equipment and familiar with its safety requirements.
