As he has has for multiple years, long-time supporter Capt. Joe Allen worked out an agreement with the shrimp to attend this years event. Capt. Allen has caught & donated the shrimp for every Shrimperoo, in Capt. Mike’s honor, since his passing. He is also a Lifetime Honorary Member of the CBIA.
We are still working out all the details for fixins'; such as slaw, potato salad, hush puppies and someone even mentioned a fruit/veggie tray. Member Annette Winner is always quick to prepare some of it. And we should have sweet & un-sweet tea there as well.
We will have Steve Vaughn there with live music, and you can expect all sorts of drawings, games and give-aways.
Be sure to RSVP here or by email if you are a Member and plan to attend. And again, if you aren't a Member yet, join now, or come the day of, and join.
If you have not picked up your FREE Membership apparel, stickers, license plates, and koozies, we will have them at the event.
