About the event

Yoga Therapy for Anxiety Workshop - Fundraiser
Join me with the Wheaton Junior Women's Club for a fundraiser benefitting NAMI DuPage for Mental Health Awareness Month. Suggested donations are $10-$40.

I am providing a Yoga Therapy for Anxiety Workshop. The workshop is an accessible 90-minute gentle yoga focused on grounding, gentle movements, breath awareness and guided relaxation to ease the mind, relax the body and rejuvenate your spirit.

Recommended to bring a blanket, pillow, and yoga mat. Session limited to 25 participants.

Check in is at 9:00am, Workshop Class will begin promptly at 9:30am. Pre-registration is required using the link under tickets.
