Smoked & Savory: St. Patrick’s Day BBQ Class

Join us on March 13 at 5:30 PM at Barn Owl Garden Center for a St. Patrick’s Day cooking class with a smoky twist.

Our friends at Beach Ave BBQ are back to put their signature spin on classic Irish-American favorites. You’ll learn how to prepare traditional staples with bold BBQ flavor, from perfectly smoked corned beef to their famous smoked cabbage, and finish the evening with Irish Soda Bread Pudding.

What you’ll be eating and learning to make:
Smoked Corned Beef
Smoked Cabbage
Carrots and Potatoes
Rye Bread
Irish Soda Bread Pudding

The evening will also feature local breweries’ takes on Irish brew staples, along with specialty drinks from our own Feathered Saddle.
