About the event

Team Cross Training Day!

We will be traveling to Caro on July 19th, to cross train with Bob Wright’s team, Wright’s Jiu Jitsu! ❤️

It will kick off at Noon, as we’ll probably head down together just shy of 11 AM. I’d pack both attires, so you’re ready to rock in whatever people want to roll in.

Let’s have some fun, and make some friends. Bob and Coach Sbardella have been friends a long time, and are looking forward to getting the squads together.
