Celebrating International Day of People with a Disability
Join us on Sunday 30 November, 2-5pm at the Jim Richards Pavilion, Town Oval for a free fun-filled community celebration! Huge thanks to the volunteer event team pictured made up of community members with a disability, and passion for access and inclusion!
This festival is all about coming together to celebrate abilities of all kinds, and to learn what life is like for people with disabilities, in a way that’s interactive and enjoyable for everyone.
What’s happening:
🎉 FREE sausage sizzle and delicious treats
🛴 Try the gopher and wheelchair course - get moving and have a blast!
🎯 Chocolate wheel, games, and activities for all ages
🎶 Live music to keep the good vibes going
🎟️ Raffle and lucky dip with great prizes
