Morning Sadhana

Come and Join us Sunday,4th January, 5.00-7.30am in the Amrit Vela for a journey to self-awareness with high vibrational mantra

Aquarian Sadhana is the contemplative technology to master your mind and prepare your consciousness for this Age. It attunes your gunas (elements), your chakras (energy centers) and your mind to the changes we are facing.

The total time for this sequence of mantras is 62 minutes. The prayer of the soul and a set of postures to align body and mind is part of this ambrosial experience.
