2025 AIA Indy Golf Outing

Where: Join us at Brookshire Golf Club in beautiful Carmel, Indiana.

Due to a historically large demand and the need to accelerate pace of the play, only the first 24 teams will be accepted. Register your team today. This Event will SELL OUT!

Here's the timeline:

Registration & Light Breakfast : 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m . - pastries, fruit, juice and coffee will be provided.

Shotgun Start: 9:30 a.m.

Lunch/Awards Ceremony : 1:30 p.m. (2 p.m.??)

$800 per foursome

Fees include the following: green fees, cart fees, prize fund, beer/soda, and light breakfast, lunch/awards program.

The rules to follow:

USGA and Local as posted, scramble style. In the event of a tie, scorecard comparison will be used. Putt off if neccessary.

____ $2,500 – Lunch/Awards Ceremony Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, two tickets for awards lunch and microphone time during awards program.

_____ $2,500 – Beverage Cart Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, name and logo on Beverage Cart, one ticket for awards lunch and microphone time during awards program.

____ $500 - Breakfast Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards lunch and microphone time during awards program.

____ $850 – Individual Hole Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, name and logo on Hole sign, two tickets for awards lunch and recognition during awards program. Allows for two representatives to be at Hole during outing. Set up for golf hole is Sponsors responsibility. (canopy, tables, chairs, ETC)

____$500 - Awards Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage and one ticket for lunch/awards ceremony. Representatives will assist with Awards Ceremony. Two Award sponsorships available.

____ $500 - Longest Drive Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards lunch and recognition during awards dinner. Two Longest Drive sponsorships available.

____$300 - Longest Putt Sponsor -Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards lunch and recognition during awards program. Two Longest Putt sponsorships available.

____ $250 - Closest to the Pin Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards lunch and recognition during awards program. Two Closet to the Pin sponsorships available.
