Therapeutic Movement and Dance event.

Come and join this fun, fully inclusive movement and dance session. Suitable for all regardless of standing or seated, you can enjoy the fantastic Lindy hop music and dance with this great group and their sessions at the Living Well Centre, Parc Dewi Sant, Carmarthen. This session will run every two weeks, starting Fri 4th July at 3pm.
Come and join in on the fun, friendship and simply exercise without realising you are exercising.
