Immerse yourself in sound-wave vibrations of world instruments. Didgeridoo, handpan, flutes, singing bowls & more catalyzing inward journeys. Some like the didgeridoo have been used for these purposes since dawning of civilization

Studies have shown lowered cortisol and inflammation as the bodies cells are exposed to these vibrations and energy. Beyond these physical benefits there are profound potentials you will have to experience yourself.

I have been practicing this art for the last decade of my life, all because of how much music helped me when I needed it the most. This is still the best way I have found to pay it forward.
