Led by our talented fitness instructor, Lisa-Anne French, this dance fitness class combines the elements of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness. This technique offers a holistic approach to movement and wellness that strenghtens your body, mind, and soul.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the event start time at our Summits Clubhouse. Your eventbrite confirmation will be required to check-in.
