Welcome Picnic & Boatyard Wars

Boatyard Wars is just around the corner! Bring the whole family out for an unforgettable evening of food, fun, and friendly competition between students. Enjoy delicious food, live music by Mr. B and yard games for all ages.

The Welcome Picnic will be held at Letort View Conference Center (LVCC) from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Enter through the front of LVCC to pick up your meals or to purchase meal tickets on the day of the event.

Right after the Welcome Picnic, head to the Splash Zone Pool for the Boatyard Wars! Help us cheer on the AWC Class of 2026 as they take to the water in their own hand-crafted boats!
