The Sunday Mat Club by Rooted Pilates! This club is for everyone : moms, girlfriends, sisters, young and old — a welcoming space to move, connect, and recharge together. Challenge your strength, stability, and coordination in this dynamic mixed-level mat class. We’ll honor the foundations of classical Pilates while adding a fresh contemporary twist to keep your body engaged and your mind present.

Beginners will have plenty of modifications, while experienced movers can explore deeper variations. You’ll move with intention, enhance mobility, and build control, all while feeling stronger and more connected in your body.
