FUN ~ FITNESS ~ FRIENDSHIP

SwingFit is a fun and friendly dance fitness class for women. We dance along to uplifting swing music from the 1920s- 1960s.

You don't need any dance experience, just come along in comfy clothes and shoes/ trainers and join in at your own pace. You won't realising you're exercising as you'll be having so much fun!
